With more than 15 years of working with teenagers, women, and families, both in Texas and Massachusetts, I am continually honored that individuals and families invite me to be a part of their growth and healing. I recognize the courage required to take the first step in seeking a therapist, and in keeping with that, I prioritize creating a safe and comfortable connection that develops over time.

After completing my undergraduate degree at Georgetown University, I attended Harvard University for my Master’s in Education, and I later earned my Master’s in Clinical Social Work from Boston College. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas, and a trained EMDR, DBT and CBT practitioner.

In addition to my private practice, I host a podcast called The Family Brain, a show that covers topics related to individual and family mental health. Not only do I enjoy sharing the work of my incredible guests, but I also love keeping my therapeutic skills fresh by talking with practitioners who are experts in their fields.

I have fun exploring everything Austin has to offer with my three children, my husband and our fluffy pup Goldie. I am a new stand up paddle board enthusiast, a long-time but not too flexible yogi, and voracious reader.
